Keeping your home clean is essential for you and your family's health and wellbeing.
News articles on dust and human health.
Dusting is important, and the way you do it is even more important. Rather than just spreading dust around the trick is to remove it. The best way to do this is to always dust with a damp clean cloth. Using a dusting spray will help too.
If you suffer from dust allergies this method will also help to stop the dust becoming airborne.
So here is a recipe for a simple dusting spray:
Repurpose a Gyre and Gymble 500ml spray bottle
Print out a Gyre and Gymble label for your dusting spray https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0293/3686/2779/files/Repurpouse_lablel_round.pdf?v=1592047309
Fill the bottle with water and add 10 drops of Gyre and Gymble Essential Oils. We love these blends - eucalyptus and lemon; orange and grapefruit; lavender and lemon.
You can also use this method to make:
An ironing spray - we love a lavender blend when ironing pillowcases and bedding.
A radiator spray - perfect way to allow essential oils to infuse your home.
A room spray - just spritz around your home to refresh your living space.
